3 sad stars from me :( I really wanted to love this book like book 1 but sadly I didn't, if I could rate "Sexy Sweet Marcus" I'd give this book a 10!!But then when we add Sierra into the mix in this story her character in this lets it down..She just annoyed me,I found myself gritting my teeth every time she decided to run or when she threw one of her famous wobblies in this book, more than one wobbly and it does my head in..Still a huge fan of Bec and will definitely read the next book out..

Wow that was a whole lot of story for not a lot of book. It was all ok, but it just felt like drama after drama after drama. If anything the book needed to be longer so the dramas could have been stretched out a little maybe?

“I want you, Sierra. I don’t care about the rest. You should have never run from me, you should have answered your phone, because if you did, you would know my choice by now and you would have saved us both the heartache. You’re what I want, and it’s you I want by my side, not her. Sweetheart, you should know that.”I love Marcus! But Marcus royally screwed up, and he knows it. His relationship with Sierra is a mess. He's too scared to commit and put her in danger, she's scared he only sees her as a pet project and then there's the whore who Marcus just happens to be engaged to, Chayne...“I’ve felt a lot of things in my life, Sierra. I’ve felt pain, anger, disappointment and regret. I know them all too well. What I know, right here, right now, with you…is that I love you. It’s not easy, but I never expected it to be.I never…ever thought Chayne would go down without a fight and this would just be a walk in the park. I will fight until my last breath for you, Sierra Walters. You should know that by now.”This is the first series I've read in quite a while that just 'has it'. Bec Botefuhr continues to amaze me with not only the quality of her books but the speed she is able to write them. I can't wait for more from her!To view my blog 'Rosie's Reading' http://rsiemer.wordpress.com/

After enjoying the 1st book in the series I downloaded this book straight after finishing the first. I can truly say that this second instalment was utter rubbish. The storyline in this second book could have easily been included in the first and then I wouldn't have had to spend another £3.99 just to have been disappointed. (Dare I say it..... yes I felt that this was just a cash cow for the author). The main male character Marcus turned out to be such a wet lettuce I felt like shouting "grow some b***s" and to the main female lead " Dump him now!! Where's yours self-respect women!!!!" Sorry but this instalment just left be cold. I will probably try another book by Bec Botefuhr but only if its a standalone story as I did quite enjoy the first book but feel cheated by the second.

I don't even know where to begin... it was an exhausting ride! It's like from one fiasco to another... I'm so looking forward to Bec's books, but this one, it's kinda a let down... Dang, Sierra is freaking immature... Marcus, I have no idea what he is, lol... and they haven't been together long, it's beyond crazy! Anyway, can't say it was boring... :D

Not really sure what Bec Botefuhr was trying to do with this story. Plot was far fetched - would you ever get the speaker of the White House having a relationship with a college student? Well that's fiction for you. Too fast, too quickly for this to be a feasible story. Oh lots of sex though!

I enjoy Bec's writing a lot. The first book in the series is good but these book was rushed and felt that I was cheated out of what could have been a great story and possibly more books. If you want a great set from her read the Dark Brother series is great!

Nope. The second book is possibly worse than the first. Whine and cry and continue to do stupid things. The writing quality is good (no typos, grammatical errors or other annoyances), but the story is a waste of pixels.*DNF*

Don't get me wrong this was a good way to wrap up their story but I really liked the first one more. Other than that Bec always writes awesome stories! She's one of my favorite Amazon authors! =)

What a way to end a series! Once again, Bec Botefuhr kept me awake as I tried to finish her book in one sitting. Unfortunately, my eyes didn’t co-operate, my vision blurred and I had to wait until the next day to reach the last page. Like the first book, this one had me sighing, groaning and calling out in indignation as the story unfolded. How is it possible to love some characters, while hating others? Excellent story telling along with brilliant character development, that’s how. Bec Botefuhr is a very talented wordsmith who enables the reader to love or hate her characters. They become real people, not characters in a story. Like real life, nothing runs smoothly and I found myself silently cheering for Sierra and Marcus while condemning Chayne and Ben. The epilogue was the cream on the caramel tart of this book. (You’ll find out why I used this simile when you read the book.) I finished it with a satisfied feeling and without questions about the future of any of the characters although Marcus will probably remain in the forefront of my brain until I find another book boyfriend to fall in love with.I gave Red, White and Beautiful 5 out of 5 stars and I’m looking to reading more of Bec Botefuhr’s books. She’s never let me down.Written by Karen from Confessions of a Bookaholic

Quinn is a great friend, "whatever. Either way, you're getting out of this damned bed and getting on with your life. A piece of a** is really not enough to have you moping in bed all day long. Get over it, move on, and get some damn sunshine, you look like a freakin' zombie." Sierra is still a little spitfire, "what do you want me to do? Just forgive you? Just get over it? You lied to me, Marcus, and you chose your fiance' over me." Marcus is a possessive sort, "you're mine, do you understand? Before we leave this damned room, I want us both to understand something. Once we step out this door, you belong to me. Think long and hard about that, Sierra, because once you're mine I won't let you go again. I will cherish you, love you, eff you, and pleasure you, but I won't share you. Is that what you want?" Jesume, Marcus and Sierra's relationship are like fireworks they explode everywhere, "you scared me, baby, when I walked in and saw you like that. All he anger died. I don't want to be like this with you." Marcus's mom I loved her, "oh goodness love, you could have cut your finger off perving at my son!" I liked the book.

I thought I the story was cute. I think it should be Secretary of State instead of Speaker of the House because Secretary of State is more powerful.i liked the story until this book. It felt like the same problems were being replayed over and over again just to make the story longer. Also, she was so naive at points, it was ridiculous. Also, they never mention what happened to her degree and how he started his company. I would love a continuation, but although this was good, it was somewhat disappointing.

Overall I was enjoying this books,in a 'not slow' kind a reading material, but still not that fast that you lose details of the events. There was a bit stereotype on 'the drama' of thinking on Sierra's character like any other women in a real world, but I guess everyone tend to be a fool and fuck things up when you're in love and not communicating but being emotionally unstable. Like I said... stereotype! Does a guy like Marcus really exist, that you fall hard all over him in mere weeks?Well, don't over analyze on this ones, its an easy reading erotica, nothing more.

I love Bec she is amazing and pumps out some great books but this one seemed a little rushed to me and it even tho it had its share of drama it just seems like it was missing a little bit of the wow factor. But as always I loved the characters. They messed very well together still and I glad that Ben was forced to give her a public apology. That was a great part and when Marcus stood up to he ex, those two parts were great

I loved the first book so I was very excited to read this book. My excitement went away half way through this short book. in this book Sierra is too back and forth. She wants one thing and when Marcus delivers it she doesn't want it anymore ( adjustments in their relationship). She comes off slightly immature in this book. A lot of drama happens in the book which is fairly short and because of that, the story is less developed. I loved the first book but this book was a disappointment.

Pusing saya bacanya. Tapi toh saya bisa menyelesaikannya. Bukan tipe novel yang bisa saya nikmati.

Dammit Chayne. I wish someone would just beat her black and blue. How can someone be so vindictive and determined to make herself look like a saint in the same instance. Ben needs to be tied up and left for days while in pain from being beaten and then pics take of his marks. I'm very happy after all the ups and downs, Marcus is willing to do whatever it takes to get his HEA.

I've been waaaiiittttiiinnngggg for this book and it did not disappoint, at all. Not sure why, but suddenly I've added Speaker of the House to my list of fantasies, right under bikers and MMA Fighters! LOL! Ok, maybe not any Speaker of the House, but Marcus for sure.Loved these books, great story and VERY well written.

Absolute nonsense. There's no proper narration. Horrible dialogues. There is absolutely no character development. All the characters are completely unreasonable, most significantly the heroine with her demands. A whole lot of cliches are added: cliched story lines, cliched characters, cliched dialogues, cliched responses, cliched plot twists.

Continuing story of Marcus and Sierra - can Marcus keep his job and Sierra and get rid of his fiancé? Sierra feels that Marcus is constantly betraying her but he can't see it. Story was predictable but still enjoyed it.

Since it was free I skipped to the end....More stupid than the first, a "re-nuo" was forcing the lead male character to stay in a relationship. They weren't married so how a pre-nup would impact them wasn't even remotely sensical. Ugh.

So I really loved Red, White and Sensual & I fell in love with Sierra and Marcus. But Red, White and Beautiful, just didn't live up to the first book for me. I like this book, just didn't love it. The story was good and What a great way to end the book.
