    NiceThis book is a nice quick read. The suggestions are all very easy and simple to accomplish. I would recommend this book to anyone who struggles with depression or even the occasional funk of every day life.

    Enjoying life I am always interested in improving my life so of course the title drew me in. It is short, easy to read and has a lot of good suggestions anyone could use. I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you Mr. Sivart for your little book.

    Great read!A quick read but nice positive message. Worth tossing on the kindle for when you need to destress. Definitely recommend!

    OkThis was a quick read. The ideas were ok. I suggest the author move nearly all of his introduction to the end. Focus on the positives.
